A successful demonstration shows what might be possible. It does not yet cover every working situation. Let the people who will use the system try it. Their questions, hesitations and corrections matter as much as the answers it produces.

Prepare for ordinary days.

A tool that is ready for use must handle missing information, unavailable sources and ambiguous requests. Provide a manual fallback, a simple way to report mistakes and a clearly identified owner. Roll out in stages to learn within a manageable scope before expanding.
